Wolfe County Mother April Spencer Seeks Living Donor For kidney transplant

USA: April Spencer, a mother, wife and small-business owner in Campton, Wolfe County, is publicly seeking a living donor as she pursues a kidney transplant during March’s kidney Awareness Month.
