What is silent rejection?
Also known as subclinical acute rejection, or subAR, silent rejection leads to significant complications if left undetected or untreated. It is also the earliest form of rejection in addition to being common.
While significant damage has not yet occurred, historically it could only be detected by an invasive biopsy procedure.
