Attorneys For Houston Transplant Surgeon Close To An Agreement On Restraining Order

and just in at noon attorneys for families of three people who died waiting for transplants and the lawyer representing transplant surgeon Steven Biden say they are working on an agreement over a court order tied to possible evidence and documents in that case that’s the latest from a civil court hearing which wrapped up just about an hour ago in downtown Houston Biden was named in a New York Times report on transplant issues at Memorial Herman the times sources say Dr Biden intentionally has coded his patients records to make them ineligible for transplants and this week three families asked the court for a temporary restraining order to prevent Dr Biden from deleting or destroying potential evidence that could come up in future legal action we have been staying on top of the story and will’ll update you on any new developments
