Chelsea fan, 12-year-old Oscar Brown-Smart, received a heartwarming surprise when he was given tickets to the Carabao Cup final against Liverpool this weekend. Oscar, who recently underwent a kidney transplant due to stage 5 chronic kidney disease, was initially under the impression that he was attending a regular hospital appointment. However, upon arrival at Chelsea’s training ground, he was greeted by manager Mauricio Pochettino, who invited him to watch the training session. Oscar even had the opportunity to engage in some one-on-one passing with player Cole Palmer. The young fan also had the chance to meet the rest of the team, who kindly signed his shirt. To top it off, midfielder Conor Gallagher presented Oscar with a pair of tickets to the highly anticipated cup final at Wembley. This heartwarming gesture from Chelsea FC has surely been a dream come true for Oscar, providing a much-needed dose of joy and excitement during his recovery.
